Cable in the classroom is a powerful tool for learning.
Cable television stations provide educational resources through their programs. Related internet websites provide portals to additions education resources. A new Science Center has been established at the Hyde Park Free Library to be used as portal to science information and programs. Programs using the Science Center will be offered the community to help bridge the gap of the "digital divide." Cable in the Classroom educational resources have come to the Hyde Park Free Library the through support from Cablevision Corporation. The Mid-Hudson Library System has donated computer and video resources to help make possible the Science Center at Hyde Park Free Library.

The program will use the Hyde Park Free Library's
website to direct you information about these topics.
