Great Decisions
Discussions about International Issues
First Monday of month, 6:30-8:00 PM in the Annex
Each month an international topic is selected for discussion. An article is made available in advance and videos on the selected topic are often presented. These are made available through the Foreign Policy Association, the sponsoring organization. We hold an informal discussion about the topic as well as sharing any experiences related to the topic.
Below are the 2026 edition of topics from the Foreign Policy Association. The group may add additional issues.
- America and the World: Trump 2.0 Foreign Policy
- Trump Tariffs and the Future of the World Economy
- U.S.-China Relations
- Ruptured Alliances and the Risk of Nuclear Proliferation
- Ukraine and the Future of European Security
- Multilateral Institutions in a Changing World Order
- U.S. Engagement of Africa
- The Future of Human Rights and International Law
