Join Hyde Park and Staatsburg Libraries with Salmon of Knowledge in welcoming local author Shane Lehan for a talk on his novel, Hollywood Heaters. While it may be a gangster and mafia story on the outside, at its core, it is a story about a group of kids trying to navigate life and find who they are. Based in the 1920’s, a large part of the book takes place in Hollywood, with the end taking you to the gritty streets of New York City for a ruthless battle for revenge. It is a tale of class, love, action, and noir, and nobody knows who’s telling the truth.
